Abstract

Rivojlanayotgan davlatlarda boshlang‘ich ta’lim jamiyat rivojlanishi va iqtisodiy barqarorlikning muhim asosi hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqola boshlang‘ich ta’limni moliyalashtirish bilan bog‘liq muammolarni o‘rganadi va ularni hal qilish uchun strategik yondashuvlarni taklif etadi. Moliyaviy resurslarni oshirish, xususiy sektorni jalb qilish, xalqaro moliyaviy yordamni samarali boshqarish va raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy qilish usullari tahlil qilingan. Xalqaro tajribalar asosida tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, ularning rivojlanayotgan davlatlardagi ta’lim tizimini yaxshilashga ta’siri baholanadi.
